Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between Marsh Engineering Services LLC, a Georgia limited liability company operating the Dravelyx service (“Dravelyx,” “we,” or “us”), and the person or organization using the service. If you use Dravelyx for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
Accounts and customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and protect account access.
- Configure workspace roles, repositories, approvals, budgets, and integrations appropriately.
- Review generated plans, code changes, evidence, and pull requests before relying on or deploying them.
- Maintain backups and independent controls appropriate to your systems and risk level.
- Use the service only for repositories, data, and systems you are authorized to access.
AI-assisted output
Dravelyx uses automated systems that may produce incomplete, incorrect, insecure, or unsuitable output. Human review remains required for consequential changes. You are responsible for testing, approving, merging, deploying, and using output. Dravelyx does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party agreements.
- Do not bypass security, permissions, approvals, usage limits, or tenant isolation.
- Do not introduce malware, probe systems without authorization, or use the service to harm people or infrastructure.
- Do not resell access, reverse engineer protected service components, or use output to build a competing model except where law does not permit this restriction.
Customer content and licenses
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Dravelyx a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display content only to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use service output for your business purposes.
Fees, renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans, pricing, billing frequency, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation methods are disclosed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through the same online account channel used to subscribe or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Service changes and suspension
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material violations. We will provide notice when practical.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Dravelyx does not warrant that generated output will be correct, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Dravelyx’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Disputes and contact
Before filing a formal claim, contact [email protected] and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.
