Subscriptions
This policy applies to Dravelyx subscriptions sold by Marsh Engineering Services LLC. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Unless a plan or order form states otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and unused time is not automatically prorated.
Billing errors and exceptional refunds
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors. We may approve other refunds in our discretion or when required by law, but doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again.
Usage and committed plans
Usage-based charges already incurred are not refundable. Annual commitments, prepaid capacity, implementation services, and negotiated enterprise orders are governed by the applicable order form. If an order form conflicts with this policy, the order form controls.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the workspace name, invoice or charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
